Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day on-site interior execution work.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is completed as per design, specifications, and within timeline.
- Maintain quality standards, monitor materials usage, and manage labor force.
- Resolve site issues and report daily progress to the project manager or design team.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior project supervision or execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiar with materials, finishes, and modern construction practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and reporting.
