Job Description

Position: International Semi Voice Process



Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through chat, email, and CRM tickets

  • Make/receive calls when necessary for verification, escalations, or complex issues
  • Provide timely and professional support as per SLA/TAT
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers with step-by-step resolutions
  • Document interactions clearly in the CRM/support tool
  • Follow international communication standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Operations, Tech) for escalations
  • Meet targets related to CSAT, AHT, FCR, quality score, and productivity
  • Eligibility / RequirementsEducation: 12th / Graduate / Any degree (as per company policy)
  • Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
  • Good typing speed and ability to multitask (chat + tools)
  • Basic computer knowledge: email etiquette, browsing, spreadsheets, CRM basics
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts (international time zones)
  • Freshers may apply (if communication is strong); experience in BPO/support is a plus
  • Skills NeededStrong customer handling and problem-solving
  • Clear email/chat writing (grammar, tone, structure)
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to handle pressure
  • Attention to detail and accurate documentation
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow SOPs
