Job Description
Position: International Semi Voice Process
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through chat, email, and CRM tickets
- Make/receive calls when necessary for verification, escalations, or complex issues
- Provide timely and professional support as per SLA/TAT
- Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers with step-by-step resolutions
- Document interactions clearly in the CRM/support tool
- Follow international communication standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Operations, Tech) for escalations
- Meet targets related to CSAT, AHT, FCR, quality score, and productivity
- Eligibility / RequirementsEducation: 12th / Graduate / Any degree (as per company policy)
- Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
- Good typing speed and ability to multitask (chat + tools)
- Basic computer knowledge: email etiquette, browsing, spreadsheets, CRM basics
- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts (international time zones)
- Freshers may apply (if communication is strong); experience in BPO/support is a plus
- Skills NeededStrong customer handling and problem-solving
- Clear email/chat writing (grammar, tone, structure)
- Patience, empathy, and ability to handle pressure
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Ability to learn quickly and follow SOPs
