Job SummaryWe're seeking ambitious Self-Employment Creators to join our Kukatpally Head Office as Franchise Development Specialists. You'll identify, onboard, and support local entrepreneurs establishing Wow Work AI-HR franchise centers across Telangana villages. This is a high-earning commission-only role for proven closers who thrive in performance-driven environments.

Earning Potential Breakdown:

+ Performance Bonus (Top Closer) = Up to ₹60,000/month

• Key Responsibilities Franchise Sales & Development (70%)Identify potential franchisees in target Gram Panchayats through field visits, WhatsApp outreach, and local networks
• Conduct 20+ daily franchise discovery calls/meetings across Telangana districts
• Present Wow Work India® franchise opportunity (HR Recruitment + AI Farming + MeeSeva services)
• Close ₹25,000 franchise agreements (target: 10 closures/month)
• Achieve weekly pipeline targets: 50 leads → 20 meetings → 5 contracts
• Franchisee Onboarding & Support (20%)Coordinate 3-day training programs (HR skills, AI tools, MeeSeva operations)
• Setup franchisee WhatsApp Business API, Supabase ATS access, and branding materials
• Weekly performance check-ins for first 30 days ensuring 5+ placements/franchisee
• Resolve operational issues connecting franchisees to head office support
• Market Expansion (10%)Scout new Gram Panchayats for expansion (target: 2 new villages/week)
• Partner with Sarpanchs, SHG leaders, and local influencers for endorsements
• Organize village-level franchise awareness camps (2/month)
• Maintain accurate CRM records of 500+ prospects in Google Sheets pipeline

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:

• 1+ years sales/business development experience (any industry)
• Telugu fluency (reading, writing, speaking) - English basic
• Two-wheeler with valid license (field travel across Hyderabad suburbs)
• Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, basic Excel)
• Self-starter comfortable working 100% commission-only

Preferred:

• HR recruitment, MeeSeva VLE, or franchise sales experience
• Existing network in Kukatpally, Miyapur, or surrounding villages
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet research)
• Age 22-35, high energy, target-oriented mindset
