Job Description
Inventory Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stock levels across locations
- Record and update inventory data accurately in software and Excel
- Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for stock movements and discrepancies
- Generate regular inventory reports and stock audits
- Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Comfortable working on inventory or ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in retail or apparel industry is a plus
