IT Administrator – Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, etc.)
- Troubleshooting system issues, including OS, CPU, and hardware problems
- Monitoring and resolving computer, system, and network-related issues
- Identifying and fixing desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems
- Blocking and unblocking social media applications as per office policy
- Blocking and allowing specific websites based on requirements
- Blocking and unblocking USB devices and pen drives for security purposes
- Providing complete IT support for all office systems and users
