IT Administrator – Banking Collection SectorJob Role:We are looking for

a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure in the banking collection sector.

The candidate will be responsible for system maintenance,

troubleshooting, audit support, and network security management.

• Key Responsibilities:Installation
• and configuration of operating systems (Windows / iOS setup if required)
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Resolving Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems
• CPU monitoring and system performance management
• System maintenance and preventive checks
• Managing and blocking/unblocking social media and websites as per company policy
• Handling antivirus, firewall, and security settings
• Supporting monthly IT audits and maintaining required documentation
• Maintaining IT records and paperwork
• Ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and network infrastructure
• Required Skills:Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi configuration
• Understanding of system performance monitoring
• Basic knowledge of audit documentation
• Ability to handle IT compliance requirements
• Good problem-solving skills
• Responsible and reliable

Salary:₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
