Position: Jr. Accountant

Location: Viswam Edutech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad Miyapur.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage company financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing and audits.
• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures.
• Assist in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and auditing processes.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
