Junior Accountant

Job Details – What you have to do:

• Work directly under Senior Accountant and Manager.

• Handle all daily bank transactions using company-provided mobile or computer – through net

banking only.

• Transactions include: IMPS, RTGS, NEFT, UPI – everything, full day long.

• Before any transaction, take approval from Manager. He will tell you exactly which one, when,

and how much.

• Do it immediately after approval – no delay.

• Update Senior Accountant or Manager right away after every transaction (message, call,

whatever he says).

• Make soft copies (PDFs) of all bills, receipts, vouchers, and invoices – on company laptop and

mobile.

• Collect GST bills and non-GST bills from clients/suppliers (physical or digital).

• Scan/upload every bill, make clear PDFs, and save them properly.

• Track pending GST bills – follow up every day until done.

• At the end of every day, send complete daily transaction report (with all bills attached or linked)

on WhatsApp group – on the spot, without delay, same evening, every single days.
