Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact between Access to World and potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to individuals, provide information about our services, and generate interest or leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

Clearly explain the services and benefits offered by Access to World.

Handle inbound queries and convert inquiries into opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details.

Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls, leads, or conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).

Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
