Kitchen Helper

Designation: Kitchen Helper (Bengali Cloud Kitchen)

Experience: Candidates with Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a kitchen or food production environment, preferably in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or Catering

Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Culinary certification is a plus.

Maximum Salary: As per experience and expertise + Other facilities

Job Profile: The Team Member (Cloud Kitchen) will be responsible for packaging orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards for all products in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment. This role demands precision, efficiency, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Accepting Order from Zomato & Swiggy. Order Management 

2. Ensure orders are packaged accurately and delivered within specified timelines.

3. Cutting, Chopping vegetables. Fish Cleaning

4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment following food safety standards.

5. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use and ensure consistency in every order.

Skills Required:

1. Basic knowledge of cloud Kitchen and food handling.

2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong attention to detail for quality control.

4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience with cloud kitchen operations or large-scale food production.

2. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and maintenance.

3. Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures accurately.

Personal Attributes:

1. Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

2. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
