Job Description
Laptop Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair laptops.
Perform hardware replacements (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboards, screens, batteries, etc.).
Troubleshoot software issues including OS installation, drivers, and applications.
Provide virus removal, data recovery, and backup solutions.
Perform system upgrades and configuration as per user requirements.
Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of IT equipment.
