Lead Generation Executive

We are hiring a Lead Generation & Sales Executive for Hypernest Digital Media.

This is a B2B sales role focused on generating quality leads and converting them into clients for services like YouTube growth, branding, and digital marketing.

Office currently in Bowenpally — soon shifting to Madhapur

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, Instagram and LinkedIn DM, and field visits (if required)
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Pitch services via calls, messages, and direct meetings
• Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → closing
• Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-ups
• Attend client meetings (office + field)

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales / lead generation (preferred)
• Strong interest in sales and deal closing
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Comfortable with office work and client visits
• Female candidates are preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
• Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000+ (based on performance)
• Travel Allowance (TA) + Mobile Allowance
