Job Description
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and government authorities.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, case notes, and strategies.
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with external counsels, law enforcement, and other stakeholders when required.
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
- Stay updated on new laws, amendments, and judicial precedents relevant to assigned cases.
Participate in mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
