Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at Limescreen Entertainment and Productions. As a Makeup Artist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our on-screen talent, ensuring they look their best for various productions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Photographers and Fashion Stylist:

• Work closely with photogrpahers and stylist's to understand the overall vision for characters and scenes.

1. Create and Apply Makeup:

• Apply makeup to actors and performers based on the requirements of the script, character, and setting.
• Use various techniques to achieve the desired look, including special effects makeup when needed.

1. Ensure Makeup Longevity:

• Select and use high-quality products to ensure makeup longevity under different lighting conditions and shooting environments.

1. Maintain Hygiene Standards:

• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards when using makeup products and tools.

1. Quick Touch-ups:

• Be available for quick touch-ups and adjustments during filming to maintain continuity in appearance.

1. Keep Abreast of Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Makeup Artist in the entertainment industry.
• Excellent knowledge of makeup products and application techniques.
• Strong understanding of different makeup styles, including special effects makeup.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification from a recognized makeup school or relevant training.
