Job Description
Manger will be responsible for;
- Overall maintenance of common properties in the Serene County Villas such as Clubhouse, Roads, Tot Lot area etc.
- Maintenance of Pneumatic Pump Room,
- Maintenance of Generators,
- Maintenance of CCTV Cameras,
- Maintenance of Solar fencing,
- Other maintenance works,
- Collection of Monthly Maintenance charges for Owners / Tenants of Villas.
- Bore Motors etc.
