Job Description

Project Coordination: Overseeing construction progress, handovers, facility readiness.

  • Customer Relations: Handling client queries, possession processes, and complaint resolution.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, facility vendors.
  • Financial Understanding: Basic knowledge of budgets, payment tracking, and cost optimization, Invoice analysing . 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of RERA, OC/CC, legal documentation, and local municipal approvals.

Technology: Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate management software.


  • Strong communication (written & verbal).
  • Negotiation and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Team management and leadership.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Good Hands on Excel and related work’s.  

  • Willingness to travel to project sites regularly.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, construction).
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics (suppliers, labor, customer expectations).


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of residential/commercial projects.
  • Manage possession, handover, and facility management processes.
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely completion of works.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory/legal norms.
  • Coordinate with REW/Developers to review and understand invoices, and follow up on pending payments and related services. 
  • Handle client escalations and ensure service excellence.
  • Coordinate with RWA/Developers to complete snags, handover processes, and any pending works related to our properties.
  • Prepare MIS reports / Dashboard and update management / Client on progress in the prescribed timelines.
