Marketplace Ads Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketplace Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across leading marketplaces such as:

Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)

Flipkart Ads

Blinkit Ads

Swiggy Instamart Ads

Zepto Ads

📊 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Plan, execute & optimize marketplace ad campaigns

✔️ Manage budgets, bids, keywords & placements

✔️ Track KPIs: ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR

✔️ Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis

✔️ Optimize listings for better ad performance

✔️ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

✔️ Coordinate with category & marketplace teams

✔️ Scale winning campaigns & identify growth opportunities

✔️ Reduce ad wastage and improve efficiency

🎯 Required Skills

1–3 years of marketplace advertising experience

Strong knowledge of Amazon advertising console

Experience with Flipkart Ads dashboard

Basic understanding of quick-commerce platforms

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Strong analytical & problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple SKUs and campaigns

⭐ Preferred

Experience in FMCG / Home & Kitchen / Consumer Electronics

Understanding of organic ranking & listing SEO

Knowledge of PPC strategy & performance marketing

Inventory planning aligned with ads
