Job Title: Grade 3 Math Facilitator

Location: Manneguda, Ranga Reddy Dist, Hyderabad

Job Summary: The Grade 3 Math Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered mathematics instruction that builds strong foundational skills. The facilitator will create a positive learning environment, use innovative teaching strategies, and support students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities'

Plan and deliver effective math lessons aligned with the school curriculum and academic standards.

• Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance student understanding.
• Assess student progress regularly through worksheets, projects, and assessments.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Integrate real-life applications into math concepts for better understanding.
• Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers for curriculum planning and improvement.
• Participate in school events, meetings, PTMs, and professional development programs.
• Ensure classroom discipline and adherence to school policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in primary grades).
• Strong understanding of primary-level math concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology.
• Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
