Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical)Department: Planning / Assembly / Fabrication / Site Engineering

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

• Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and execution of mechanical projects as per drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Support assembly of mechanical components and systems in workshop and at site under senior engineers’ guidance.
• Assist in fabrication activities including cutting, welding, fitting, and inspection as per engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support site engineering activities such as installation, alignment, commissioning, and supervision of mechanical equipment.
• Help in preparing work schedules, material requirements, and daily progress reports.
• Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping practices at workshop and site.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers as required.
• Maintain documentation related to drawings, inspection reports, and site records.
• Skills & Knowledge Required:Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Exposure or interest in assembly, fabrication, and site execution.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in workshop and site environments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
