Job Description
- Product Promotion: Presenting and explaining pharmaceutical products, their features, benefits, and scientific data to healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Sales & Targets: Meeting sales goals by increasing product prescriptions and recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Market Intelligence: Gathering feedback from HCPs and researching competitors to inform company strategy.
- Product Knowledge: Staying current on their company's products, industry trends, and medical advancements.
- Training & Demos: Conducting product demonstrations and providing training on new medications or devices.
- Reporting: Tracking sales, call activity, and market performance for company reporting.
