MIS Executive ( Ginesys )

Role Objective

To manage and streamline the Management Information System (MIS) for Ekadhi’s retail and franchise operations, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and analysis through Genisys and other internal tools. The MIS Executive will play a critical role in monitoring sales, inventory, vendor performance, and franchise KPIs to support decision-making at both store and HO levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports using Genisys.
• Maintain dashboards for category-wise, store-wise, and product-wise performance.
• Track franchise-wise sales, stock transfers, ageing, and payment cycles.
• Reconcile data between Genisys and accounting systems to ensure consistency.

2. Franchise & Store Operations Support

• Provide real-time data support to the franchise team for billing, sales analysis, and replenishment planning.
• Track franchise payment dues, credit notes, incentives, and vouchers.
• Support the operations team with MIS reports on manpower, attendance, and daily store performance.

3. Inventory & Procurement Analytics

• Generate periodic stock ageing, slow-moving / fast-moving item reports.
• Support procurement planning through demand and sales trend analysis.
• Highlight reorder levels and shortages for replenishment planning.

4. System & Process Management

• Manage user access, data accuracy, and role permissions in Genisys.
• Liaise with the software vendor for Genisys troubleshooting or enhancements.
• Document and standardize reporting formats across the organization.

5. Management Insights

• Present summarized business insights, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Prepare custom analytical reports for leadership reviews and board meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Genisys software (mandatory) – hands-on experience in report generation, data extraction, and analytics.
• Strong command over Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Business / Data Analytics preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in retail MIS / operations MIS roles.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timeliness and accuracy of MIS reports.
• Reduction in data discrepancies across Genisys and HO reports.
• Availability of actionable insights for operations and franchise management.
