Role Overview

The MIS Reporting Executive is responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing business data, and preparing accurate reports and dashboards for management. The role focuses on performance tracking, trend analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Maintain and automate dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools

• Consolidate data from multiple sources such as CRM, ERP, and accounting systems

• Track KPIs like sales, revenue, inventory, RTO, productivity, TAT etc.

• Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy and data hygiene

• Support management with ad-hoc analytical reports

• Perform variance analysis and highlight business insights

• Coordinate with operations, finance, and management teams for data inputs

• Create presentations and summaries for review meetings

• Ensure timely submission of all scheduled reports

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards)

• Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau is an advantage

• Good understanding of MIS concepts and business metrics

• Strong analytical and numerical ability

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in MIS / reporting / data analysis

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, banking, or operations is an added plus
