Motion Graphic Designer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for our CRM and mobile/web app products. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, with the ability to translate product features into compelling visual stories for marketing, onboarding, and product communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Motion GraphicsEdit promotional, explainer, demo, and onboarding videos for CRM and app products
• Create short-form videos for social media, ads, and product launches
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Graphic DesignDesign creatives for app UI promotions, CRM dashboards, landing pages, and campaigns
• Create banners, social media posts, ads, presentations, and email creatives
• Design thumbnails, infographics, and visual assets for videos
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to visualize features and workflows
• Product & CRM CollaborationUnderstand CRM/app features and convert them into visual storytelling
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers
• Update creatives based on feedback and product iterations
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar)
• Experience creating videos and creatives for software, SaaS, CRM, or mobile apps
• Strong sense of design, typography, color, and motion
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with UI/UX-related visuals
• Knowledge of screen recording tools for product demos
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Familiarity with animation or motion design for product explainers
