Job Title: MST / MEP Technician

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time / Rotational Shifts

Salary: ₹25000 per month + Benefits

• Job Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
• Handle HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, pumps, fire-fighting equipment, and DG sets.
• Troubleshoot issues in UPS, panels, lighting, and building utility systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support day-to-day facility operations and attend emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain service logs and report faults or incidents promptly.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP / facilities maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
