Position: Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through portals, social media, references etc.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements.

Maintain candidate database and follow up until onboarding.

Skills Required:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of hiring for Non-IT roles

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
