• Maintain and track staff attendance
• Handle daily administrative and office management tasks
• Manage staff salaries based on attendance
• Monitor and record office expenditures
• Prepare and manage monthly office budgets
• Maintain data and reports using MS Excel
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Assist and communicate with clients and visitors
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
