Job Responsibilities:
- Attend visitors and maintain visitor register
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Manage daily office requirements (stationery, pantry, etc.)
- Coordinate cleaning staff and security personnel
- Handle courier, deliveries, and vendors
- Maintain basic office records and files
- Manage employees’ attendance and basic coordination
- Support staff with day-to-day office-related needs
- Ensure office discipline and smooth daily operations
