Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICE ADMIN

 

·       Manual attendance.

·       Biometric attendance

·       Check and update stock list and give to sales team.

·       Writing Advance receipts and Delivery notes

·       Checking the Comments, Messages in YouTube, FB and Instagram.

·       Calling RC’s and maintaining excel sheet.

·       Following up pending checks and calling them.

·       Maintaining petty cash

·       Calling for interviews

·       Selecting best profiles for interviews

·       Checking everyone weather they are working or not every hour.

·       Checking kitchen stock and sticking up the necessaries.

·       Checking the small water bottles every 2 days and stocking up

·       Stocking the coffee products.

·       Filling the documents of deliveries

·       Decorating the office premises

·       Collecting mobiles of staff

·       Checking OLX app of 3 accounts weather it is updated.

·       Calculating Salary and giving salary statement.

·       To check petrol, diesel in all the vehicles in office

·       To submit mobile, landline, wifi bills in between of 1 to 5 of every month

·       To submit newspaper bills and EMI in between of 5 to 10 of every month

·       To submit electricity bill, credit card bill and water bill in between of 10 to 15 of every month

·       Check every 15 days for gas cylinder.

·       To note all the contact numbers like electric person, water tanker etc.

·       To scan each and every delivery file.

·       To scan all the documents of Naveen sir, Kiran sir and Madam’s and to be sent to the mail.

·       To scan all the company documents and send to mail.

·       Checking and opening salary accounts/bank works.

·       Updating and giving incentives.
