Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical work
- Attend and respond to phone calls, emails, and enquiries
- Maintain student/employee records, files, documents and data entry
- Coordinate with parents, students, and staff when required
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Support HR and Accounts team with basic work (attendance, invoices, forms)
- Assist management in preparing reports, notices, and communication
- Any other work assigned by the management
- ✅ Skills & RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Hindi language is mandatory (spoken & written preferred)
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, Email, Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Candidates with education institute / school / training center background will be preferred
- Organized, punctual, and responsible
- Able to handle multiple tasks
