Job Description
- Office Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas, including handling trash disposal.
- Pantry Support: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors, and monitoring pantry supplies.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with filing, scanning, printing, and photocopying documents.
- Logistics & Errands: Distributing couriers, documents, and parcels internally or externally, and handling messenger work.
- Equipment Care: Ensuring office equipment is maintained, and notifying management of repairs needed
