Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Operation Executive to join our team. The role involves managing daily operations for job postings and promotions across our platforms

Roles & Responsibilities:

Follow company rules and maintain confidentiality of information.

Execute tasks assigned by the Operation Manager in a timely manner.

Gather and post accurate job information on the platform.

Fulfill job vacancies and ensure proper posting and visibility.

Set and achieve daily targets for job postings, content gathering, and preparation materials.

Support the creation and posting of videos on YouTube and other social media channels.

Monitor and increase subscribers on various platforms.

Coordinate with colleges for campus drives and manage brand ambassador promotions.

Collaborate with field executives to enhance outdoor marketing efforts and ensure effective promotion strategies

Eligibility:

Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech or MBA preferred

Must have own laptop for work purposes.

Experience in operations or related fields is an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage targets and meet deadlines

Salary: 20,000 per month
