Travel Chapter is a growing Europe-based immigration organization seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations & Data Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry and

 documentation management

Handling and maintaining records using MS Excel & MS Word

Coordinating with multiple departments and operations teams

Managing client-related operational tasks efficiently

Ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of assigned tasks

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Flexible and proactive work attitude

Preferred 

Prior experience in immigration, software insurance, loan processing, edtech, or similar operational roles.

Female candidates preferred (as per organizational requirement)
