We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and keep the Soho Tiger House running smoothly; across store, inventory, and e-commerce operations.

Collaborative Culture: Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to create a seamless brand experience from store to doorstep.
What You’ll Do:
Order & Fulfilment Management: Process jewellery orders through order management systems, create manifests, and coordinate timely pickups and deliveries.
Inventory Control: Track stock for silver SKUs, coordinate inward/outward entries, and maintain SKU accuracy in dashboards and records.
In-Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store opening and closing checklists.
- Coordinate billing, packaging, and product tagging activities.
- Support the retail team in visual merchandising updates and product display rotations.
- Ensure store inventory, packaging materials, and display props are stocked and organized.
E-Commerce Operations:
- Monitor order flow, tracking updates, and courier escalations.
- Verify product packaging, pouches, polish cloths, and COA cards before dispatch.
- Maintain Shopify and Shiprocket dashboards for smooth order processing.
Vendor & Supply Coordination: Liaise with vendors for packaging, courier services, and promotional materials; manage quotations, purchase orders, and replenishments.
Store & Sales Support: Assist with in-store sales activities, order handovers, and product restocking; coordinate with the retail and marketing teams for customer fulfilment.
Administrative Operations: Manage petty cash logs, courier expense sheets, vendor bills, and basic office documentation.
Brand & Promotional Coordination:
- Support marketing and events during pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand shoots.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery of promotional materials, stands, or props.
- Assist in inventory readiness, packing, and on-ground execution during campaigns.
Quality Check: Inspect each product before dispatch to ensure quality, plating condition, and authenticity certificates are included.
Data & Reporting: Maintain trackers for orders, returns, vendor invoices, and dispatch summaries using Excel/Sheets.
Customer Coordination: Handle updates and dispatch confirmations with professionalism and empathy.
Tools You’ll Work With
Shopify & Order Management Systems – for order flow and tracking
Excel / Google Sheets – for reporting, stock, and vendor tracking
Courier Portals (Bluedart/Shiprocket) – for dispatch coordination
Email Tools – for communication and customer updates
What We’re Looking For
Qualification: Graduate in Business, Commerce, Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
Experience: 1–2 years in operations, logistics, or retail e-commerce — ideally within a jewellery, accessories, or lifestyle brand
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational tracking
- Excellent coordination skills with vendor and team
- Understanding of stock flow, packaging standards, and retail processes
- Familiarity with Shiprocket/ e-commerce/ Order Management Systems dashboards
- Basic knowledge of inventory or order management systems
Soft Skills: Organized, accountable, and able to multitask under pressure.
Mindset: Reliable, detail-driven, adaptable to multiple operational needs, and willing to own end-to-end responsibilities.
Bonus: Experience in brand pop-ups, courier follow-ups, retail store operations, or warehouse/store management.
