Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and target-driven Operations Manager to handle the Editing Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily editing targets, coordinating with editors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the complete editing workflow.
• Allocate daily targets to editors and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor productivity and track daily output performance.
• Maintain quality control standards before final delivery.
• Coordinate with photographers and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Handle bulk image processing for school & college projects.
• Ensure deadlines are met during peak season.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Train and guide junior editors for quality improvement.
• Resolve team issues and maintain discipline.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in handling photo editing teams.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and bulk editing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong planning and time management abilities.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Media, Management, or related field.
• Experience in school/college photography editing process is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in managing 5–15 member teams.
