Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily operations at House of Lavender. The role involves coordinating with clients, photographers, editors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of weddings, shoots, and related projects. Multilingual communication skills are preferred to engage with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for wedding photography and cinematography projects.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, timelines, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients (in English and regional languages) for requirements, updates, and approvals.
• Handle vendor coordination — equipment rentals, logistics, props, printing, etc.
• Monitor project progress and maintain documentation (contracts, client details, deliverables tracker).
• Assist in budgeting, quotations, invoicing, and operational expense tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of albums, edited videos, and final outputs to clients.
• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges during weddings and shoots.
• Support management in implementing process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Media Studies, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, event coordination, or production management.
• Multilingual proficiency (English + Telugu + Hindi + other regional languages preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Familiarity with photography/videography workflows is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced event schedules.
