Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, dental board standards, and safety protocols
• Manage clinic facilities, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory

Staff Management & Leadership

• Supervise administrative and support staff (front desk, billing, assistants)
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused work culture

Financial & Business Management

• Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
• Oversee billing, insurance claims, and payment collections
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Prepare operational and financial reports for clinic owners or directors
