Job-title : Operations and Sales Executive

key responsibilities :

·      Make outbound calls and follow up with leads regularly.

·       Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable holiday packages.

·       Clearly explain product features and guide customers on package usage.

·      Conduct engaging and effective sales conversations with customers.

·       Convert qualified leads into successful holiday package sales.

·      Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

·      Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.

·      Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.

·      Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.

·      Follow up with existing customers for repeat business, referrals, and feedback.

·      Stay updated on current holiday packages, offers, and destination details.

·      Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

·      Ensure timely collection of documents and payments from customers.

·      Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term customer relationships

Egilibility: 12th pass or above

Male and female Candidates perferd

Salary Range : starting from 15000per month

Languages must fluent in : Telugu Hindi English and kannada

Fluent Kannada speaker is plus if you known
