You read it right. It is not conventional description. Puzzled?? In fact, we do not want to call it a “Job” even. You can select any of the above designations or even innovate a new terminology. You will sometimes work in my home office, sometimes from your home. Hence, it is a disruption of working, not a job description.

 

Position Location: Hyderabad, India

 

Key Criteria/ Requirements for this role:

·      A go-getter with fire.

·      A self-starter and mind browsing what work needs to be done to achieve success.

·      No less than a hard-core doer of anything & everything.

·      An entrepreneur mind set.

·      Willing to work in an out of the box (could be uncomfortable) environment.

·      Willing to learn all what HT does & assist him in all ways to success, including personal works {Bank, ITax, Insurance, Device Repairs, Mail Mgmt, Social Media Handling, Tickets Booking, Itinerary planning, Schedule fixing, Facility Mgmt Etc}

·      Very good at MS excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and similar tools.

·      Moderately good enough in letter/ descriptions/ notes drafting.

·      Fluent in English speaking & writing.

·      Willing to travel where the work takes you.

·      Perseverance and tenacity are absolutely essential

·      Need to have an own 2-Wheeler. Work related conveyance shall be paid. However, conveyance from home to work shall not be reimbursed.

·      Ability to multi-task and be proactive.

·      Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete all tasks to a high standard.

·      Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times

·      The candidate must be a believer in ethical values and team work.

·      Should have high patience levels.

·      Should be highly meticulous & have penchant for minute micro details of his/her work.

·      Should be very friendly & amicable.

·      Should have high energy levels.

 

Essential duties & responsibilities:

·      Assist HT very passionately in all his company & personal assignments & personal works, for successful completion of the assignments. Thus, get exposure in all industry segments.

·      Expected to work for 24 months mandatory.

·      Act as a front house for all calls, mails and messages.

·      Take care of admin & travel plans of HT, file saving, data storing, Insurance, Device Repairs, Mail Mgmt, Social Media Handling, Tickets Booking, Itinerary planning, Schedule fixing, Facility Mgmt Etc.

 

Potential career path for the incumbent

·      Upon completion of the 24 months mandatory period, can be promoted as a working partner in one of HT businesses, including Management Consulting.

·      Can be hand held and transferred to one of the clients’ businesses as Vice HoD.

·      Could start a new business venture of your own with funding support from HT.

·      Can look out for great corporate opportunities with the experience & certificate.

 

Educational Back ground:

·      BBA freshers preferred. Could be MBA or any other graduation/ Post graduation, but fresher or 1 year max experience preferred.

 

Remuneration:

·      Rs 3 Lacs CTC + Additional incentive based on assignments’ success.
