Payroll Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with strong expertise in PF and ESIC compliance. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of PF and ESIC contributions as per government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions

Prepare and upload PF ECR files and ensure timely PF challan payments

Manage UAN generation, KYC updates, PF transfers, and withdrawals

Handle ESIC registration, contribution filing, and challan generation

Ensure timely remittance of PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS

Maintain statutory records and registers as per labor laws

Reconcile PF and ESIC contributions on a monthly basis

Coordinate with auditors for payroll and compliance-related audits

Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, and ESIC

Prepare payroll MIS and compliance reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance

Strong working knowledge of PF and ESIC regulations

Hands-on experience with EPFO and ESIC portals

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (Greythr, Keka, SAP, etc.)

Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
