Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Personal Assistant to support senior management across administrative, travel, coordination, and business-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to corporate environments, multiple industries, and be comfortable with frequent travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and complete travel coordination
• Organize and assist in corporate meetings, business conferences, and promotion meetings
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries
• Assist with banking-related activities and maintain understanding of the banking sector
• Support purchase and sales operations, including coordination and documentation
• Participate in and assist with operations related to:
• Cold Storage industry
• Automobile industry
• Real Estate sector
• Liquor industry (Manufacturing segment)
• Assist in political and promotional meetings as required
• Travel and coordinate work activities across multiple states
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Experience in corporate meetings and coordination
• Strong understanding of the Banking sector
• Experience or working knowledge in Purchase & Sales activities
• Exposure to Cold Storage, Automobile, Real Estate, and Liquor Manufacturing industries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel schedules efficiently

Travel Requirements

• Must be willing to travel frequently to the following locations:
• Hyderabad
• Karnataka
• Delhi
• Assam
• Nagaland

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to drive both car and bike
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Flexible with travel and working hours
• Strong communication and coordination skills
