Pharmacist

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Pharmacist Telesales Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients/customers, explaining pharmaceutical products, answering queries, and ensuring excellent customer support while maintaining professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/patients.
• Explain pharmaceutical/healthcare products and services clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer queries with empathy and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records, leads, and customer interaction logs.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and pharmacy teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma (Preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy terms, and healthcare services.
• Ability to handle patients/customers politely and professionally.
• Prior telesales/call center experience will be an added advantage.
