Position Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physics Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage students, promote curiosity, and foster a deep understanding of Physics principles aligned with the Intermediate Board syllabus.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Deliver engaging Physics lectures to Junior College students (MPC/BiPC streams)

✅ Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Board curriculum

✅ Prepare students for Board exams and competitive entrance exams (JEE Mains, NEET, etc.)

✅ Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and practicals

✅ Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students

✅ Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum enhancement and interdisciplinary learning

✅ Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs

Qualifications & Skills:🎓 Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics or equivalent); PhD is an advantage

📚 Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the Intermediate/Junior College level

🗣 Excellent communication and presentation skills

💻 Familiarity with digital teaching tools and innovative instructional techniques

👥 Passion for mentoring and motivating students

• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with JEE/NEET coaching
• Ability to integrate real-world applications into lessons
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
