Picker / Packer

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Picking & Packing Executive for our retail pharmacy operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking medicines as per prescriptions/orders, packing them safely, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy handling standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Pick medicines accurately based on prescriptions, invoices, or system orders.
• Verify medicine name, strength, batch number, and expiry date before packing.
• Pack medicines securely as per storage and transport guidelines.
• Maintain proper labeling and documentation for dispatched orders.
• Ensure cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive medicines.
• Follow pharmacy SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage and packing area.
• Report damaged, expired, or missing stock to the supervisor.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock reconciliation when required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate
• Prior experience in pharmacy store, medical warehouse, or retail pharmacy preferred
• Basic knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and medical terminology
• Ability to read prescriptions and medicine labels accurately
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medicines
• Ability to stand for long hours and handle stock efficiently
• Basic computer skills for billing/inventory systems
• Preferred Experience:1–3 years in pharmacy operations, warehouse picking/packing, or medical store handling
• Experience with inventory systems and barcode scanning tools
