Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Fully own political ads creation from idea → instructions → final approval
- Think creatively and generate strong ad concepts, angles, and headlines
- Guide designers on how to create political ad creatives
- Give clear instructions, references, and structure before designing
- Review all ad creatives and ensure quality, accuracy, and messaging
- Work closely with the marketing head and share final creatives
- Ensure ads are aligned with current trends, party communication, and audience sentiment
- Suggest new ad ideas that increase CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Maintain a library of best-performing ads and continuously improve concepts
- Coordinate with the team to deliver daily ad creative requirements
- Requirements:Strong creativity and imagination
- Basic understanding of political content (AP, TS)
- Good knowledge of political audience behaviour on social media
- Ability to give clear creative briefs to designers
- Ability to review designs and identify what works / what doesn’t
- Good communication skills to explain ideas to designers
- Experience in digital advertising or political ads is a plus
