Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Mother Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific primary class (generally from Grades 1 to 3), acting as the main teacher and caregiver in the classroom. This role requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage all core subjects with a child-centric approach.

• Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary educator and caretaker for the assigned class, providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across all core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) in alignment with curriculum standards.
• Foster holistic development by addressing emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of students.
• Maintain effective classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques.
• Assess student progress regularly through formal and informal methods and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with co-teachers, subject teachers, and parents to track and support student development.
• Organize and participate in school activities and events such as parent-teacher meetings, celebrations, and field trips.
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking through interactive and hands-on learning experiences.
• Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience teaching primary classes, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children.
• Proficient in integrating technology and modern teaching tools into the classroom.
