Project Coordinator

Job Overview

VS Corp is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate new store openings, renovations, and maintenance projects across our retail network. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage timelines and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new store setups and renovation projects
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and mall management
• Monitor site progress and share updates with management
• Ensure availability of materials and resources at sites
• Maintain project documentation and approvals
• Support vendor coordination and procurement follow-ups
• Ensure projects meet company standards and deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (Diploma preferred)
• 1–1.5 years experience in project coordination (retail/fit-out preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Willing to travel to store/project locations
