Role
You will handle guest research, outreach, communication, scheduling, and coordination for podcast shoots.
Responsibilities
• Find and approach potential podcast guests
• Send outreach messages and maintain communication
• Schedule and confirm shoot dates
• Coordinate with the podcast team
• Maintain a guest list and follow ups
• Ensure smooth guest experience during the shoot
Skills Needed
• Good communication in English and Telugu
• Confident while speaking with founders, creators and known personalities
• Organised and detail focused
Experience
One to three years in PR, outreach, marketing communication or similar roles
Freshers with strong confidence can also apply
