Role Overview:
* Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of work performed by Team Leaders and Agents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service standards in travel operations.
Key Responsibilities: Review group bookings and itineraries prepared by the team
* Audit call recordings and chat conversations
* Identify errors, gaps, and compliance issues
* Provide quality feedback and report observations
* Ensure adherence to company travel service standards
