R&D Intern - Design & Release Engineer

Job Summary:

As an R&D intern in the automobile industry, specialising in reverse engineering and

production, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to support

research and development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative

projects and gain practical experience in various areas of automotive design, reverse

engineering, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in reverse engineering of automotive components and systems

● Conduct production feasibility analysis of reverse engineered components and systems

● Support engineering and production team in product development activities

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve engineering problems related to production

● Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including reports and presentations related to reverse

engineering and production

● Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project status

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research and testing activities related to reverse engineering

and production

● Support, Coordinate & Follow up in developing/upgrading to new vendor, technology, product, procedure in

service or production.

● Construct prototypes and confirm designs with the design/purchasing team.

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

● Strong interest in automotive design, reverse engineering, and production

● Experience with documentation tools, computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks or

AutoCAD, Fusion 360.

● Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques and software,

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

● Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information effectively

● Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation

● Knowledge of production procedures.

Note: This is a full-time, internship position for a duration of 6 Months.

Candidates must be available to work on-site at our location in Hyderabad East.
