Responsibilities:

- Promote real estate projects through field marketing, digital platforms, and campaigns 

- Generate leads through site visits, references, and networking 

- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion 

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis 

- Support promotional events and branding activities 


🔹 Sales Managers

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets 

- Develop sales strategies and execution plans 

- Monitor team performance and provide training/support 

- Handle key client negotiations and closures 

- Maintain CRM and sales reports 


🔹 General Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete sales and marketing operations 

- Design business growth strategies and expansion plans 

- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability 

- Build partnerships and channel networks 

- Lead senior teams and ensure organizational goals are met
